Union Park Broasted Chicken is made only with the biggest, tenderest, juiciest birds that are marinaded in our spice mix for 24 hours and in batter for another 12 hours infusing flavor into the meat and not just the skin. It is then cooked under high pressure for perfectly done meat with a light flaky crust. Delish!
